International shopping should come with clear delivery expectations. Shipping choices, charges and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your specific order and destination.

Where we ship from

Eligible orders may leave from the United States, Canada or another disclosed fulfillment location.

Processing time

Normally 1–3 business days under ordinary conditions, before carrier transit begins.

Tracking

We email shipping confirmation and a tracking link when supported by the service.

International delivery

Local import rules, customs clearance and carrier service can affect timing and availability.

Delivery and Multiple Packages

Different products can be shipped from different locations, so a single order may arrive in multiple packages. Carrier transit times are separate from processing time and may be affected by customs, holidays, weather or operational delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: Shipping charges do not automatically include customs duties, VAT, GST, brokerage or other import charges. Charges are prepaid only if the applicable checkout and shipping service explicitly state so. Otherwise, additional charges may be collected before delivery.

Restricted Products

Not every product can be shipped to every destination. Regulations may affect supplements, food, cosmetics, personal care, fragrances, batteries and other merchandise. Orders that cannot be fulfilled legally or safely may be declined or cancelled, subject to applicable law.
